SwiftTMS — SMS Consent & Privacy Disclosure
Program description: SwiftTMS operates a transactional SMS program for its transportation management platform. Message types: load assignments, dispatch updates, document requests, and verification codes. This program does not send marketing or promotional content. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, or contact support@swifttms.io.
SMS opt-in at signup: the signup form includes a separate, dedicated SMS-consent checkbox — distinct from the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy checkboxes — unchecked by default and optional (signup succeeds without it; the phone number field is also optional). The checkbox label reads:
“I agree to receive SMS text messages from SwiftTMS (account notifications, load assignments, delivery updates, verification codes). Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.” See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
SMS opt-in at driver onboarding: the driver portal onboarding flow includes a dedicated consent checkbox, unchecked by default, that the driver must actively check. The checkbox label reads:
“I agree to receive transactional SMS from SwiftTMS about load assignments, dispatch updates, and account verification. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
Privacy: SMS consent and phone numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message frequency varies; message & data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.
